Guest Lecture by Kristin Korsmeier and Melanie Ederer, Unity Consulting & Innovation, on "Foresight with Scenarios"

As part of the course "Managing the Front End of Innovation" (B.Sc.), Kristin Korsmeier and Melanie Ederer (Unity Consulting & Innovation) gave a guest lecture on December 1st, 2020 on how to make use of scenario technique in innovation management.
After explaining what is meant by strategic foresight, they described and explained how Unity utilizes the scenario technique to think beyond what is already there and discover the yet unknown to identify new innovation opportunities. Ultimately, students could engage themselves in an interactive scenario exercise, which was about identifying possible future projections for mobility behavior.
